Here is what I just recently paid for xanthan gum and guar gum from www.glutensolutions.com 1 Xanthan Gum - NEW LARGE 8 oz. Size 8 Oz. $10.95 1 Guar Gum - Dough Enhancer 18 Oz. $5.95 It was my first time buying guar gum and if it works as well as the xanthan gum that is what I will be buying from now on! Tons cheaper! The Xanthan Gum is Authentic Foods brand and the guar gum is Glutino. Where on earth to you purchase this ingredient? I have looked at my regular grocery store in the baking section and can find none. Is it usually found only at health food store? Also, are any of you interested in campaigning to regular stores (i.e. Kroger, Ingle's, Food Lion, Food City, etc) with a list of gfcf foods? I think many more stores would offer if they thought there was a real market for these foods. I would be happy to send a list of grocery emails to any of you who would join me. In my town the health food stores are on the end of town I despise driving! God bless, Debi

In Salt Lake some of the Fred Meyer's have a good health food section with a wide assortment of Bob's Red Mill products, including their xanthan gum. Joanne

    * Call Miss Robens at 1-800-891-0083 or use their web thing at www.missroben.com She sells both the xanthum and the guar gum. Actually, I can find most anything in their catalog I am looking for (except for a man!!!!).
