Will I use my pre gfc f recipe books again?

Does anyone use and convert their old favorites? I am sure SOME of you do ....and you know who you are. :-) This post is for all the not- so-great-cooks out there like me. I have a pile of recipe books that have been gathering dust. I am mourning my old recipes. Will I ever use them? Janelle PS Which Betty Hagman book is THE ONE to buy for beginners. I would love them all, but....$$$

Janelle, I have used some of my old recipes and had flops and used others with good success. Since the flops were many with rice flour and the good ones were with better mixes, I might even try the flops again and see how they turn out. The butterscotch recipe I posted recently was an old family favorite. It converted wonderfully. The Gluten-Free Gourmet cooks fast and healthy is the only Bette Hagman book I have so I would be prejudiced to it. The cooks fast caught my eye and the healthy sealed it.
