I have a recipe that I've been trying to find for a long time now! It's for a snack mix that I tried at a school bake sale. The main ingredient is cheerios (of course) but I thought I could figure something out for the cereal. There's also nuts, chex type cereal, mini pretzels, m&m's, - all of which there are subs for. The problem is that the coating is made with vanilla chips. Does anyone know of a vanilla chip, confectionary coating or almond bark brand that is gf/cf? Has anyone figured out how to make something like this? It's melted so therefore doesn't have to look good. Suggestions please??????? Robin
