Thank you

Hope you don't mind my taking a post to thank all of you wonderful ladies who have helped me along this past couple of weeks. After being given the flour mix that "behaves like wheat" and a great recipe I baked a WONDERFUL chocolate birthday cake for my son and my ASD daughter loved it. Today I used my usual chocolate chip cookie recipe and they turned out great. I baked brownies and am now waiting for cinnamon rolls to rise. Could not have jumped in like this without the kindness and responses of many of you. You guys are the greatest! It has been a banner baking day! Warm Regards, Debbbie in Nebraska

Hi Ladies, Thanks for the PDD/Autism info. I really need(ed) to hear the positive stories. My son is almost 25 months and is language delayed (currently he has about 8 words and the rest is basically jargon or babbling). He has an occasional fears of lights and cannot handle being around our large extended family. He is a wreck when we all get together in one house. On the flip side, he understands us and has the affection and eye contact. He is in a local program called "Babies Can't Wait." He has weekly inhome session of therapy but that seems to be more like gymboree. My main priorty now is to get him into a more intensive program. I just joined this group last week because I felt the diagnosis in my bones and wanted to get a grasp on the GFCF diet. I am switching him over to CF currently and hope to be GFCF by October (did I mention I am having a baby in 2 weeks!!!!!!). Again thanks to you all! Ashley
