Tavolo clearance sale on some gluten-free flour

Spelt is ancient wheat. Kinda like wheat's ancestor and definitely contains gluten. For some reason, it keeps being presented as gluten- free by HFS employees and some manufacturers. Linda

    I'm gonna stay away from spelt then. Is corn okay? Is there a reliable list somewhere? I've looked at several lists over the 'net and some say to just stay away from wheat, barley, oats, and rye.
