sub for sorghum flour?

Sorghum and juwar flours are the same, correct? I have that flour and want to make Libby's Chocolate Chip Pancakes(from archives). That is beside the point, my question is ... Sorghum is my most $ flour that I buy. Is there a replacement that works as well(cheaper)or is there a particular reason for using sorghum?(nutrition or texture?) I have mixed Betty's Four Bean Flour Mix, wouldn't that be an acceptable replacement? Thanks, Janelle

i have subbed Bette's Four Bean Flour for sorghum as well as other flour mixes when I make pancakes or cookies. No problem subbing any of them for me.
