Smart Balance Light
I verified this with the company. It is gluten and dairy free. It tastes like "I Can't Believe It's Not Butter." The regular contains dairy, so make sure you get the light. Says not to cook with the light, but I do it all the time with no problem; just make sure if you need to melt it that you whisk it together before adding to a recipe, as it tends to separate. In case it helps anyone . . . My mom was inquiring here about Smart Beat and Smart Balance Products, this is what she got back. It doesn't clearly state what all is gfcf because I need gfcf and corn free as well. We haven't found their Smart Beat Super Light Margarine in the stores yet, still looking. The below is exactly what she got back from them.
