Egg Replacer is rice free... The recipe would call for 4 eggs...and you would NOT likely add any water at the end (I had on there that you might want to add water..but don't if you're using real eggs)... There's no xanthan gum...no guar gum..you don't need an additional binding agent with tapioca flour...which is a binding agent of its own..the eggs are used for moisture and binding here...
