Refreezing rice pasta
I make lasagna using rice lasagna noodles, tomato sauce, ground beef, soymage mozzarella and fake ricotta cheese using tofu (the ricotta recipe is in the GFCF kids cookbook). I make a large batch, bake it, then break it down into individual portions and freeze. I defrost and reheat in the microwave and my kids love it. Cindy, Cameron and Zachary's Mommy
