Gluten Free Recipes

Thanks everyone for the info on enzymes and chocolate. I'm learning so much from all of you. I also appreciate the "private" emails I've received from many of you. Your opinions are very valuable to me. One more question from this newbie -- I need to find a doc that will recommend allergy testing for myself as well as my daughter. She has not been defined as having autism. We both had positive bloodwork and stool tests for gluten sensitivity and cows protein sensitivity. I do see positive changes in her from the gfcf diet (attitude, mood, digestion etc...). Is there anyone on this email list that could recommend an allergist in the Dallas Fort Worth area? Thanks! Jill
