Dear Mags, I won't say I ENJOY the challenge - with a 60-hr-per-week job plus child care of my grandkids 50 hours a week, I feel challenged enough! - but I'm willing to try if the recipe looks enticing enough. Please keep sending the recipes, either adapted or non-adapted. For me it's not an onerous task to delete those that I won't use - adapted or not. I get over 400 e-mails per day, and manage to sort through it in an hour or two, after my 12-hour work day, and dinner and bedtime story for the grands. A few more won't kill me! Carol
