yes, my 13 yo son has Aspergers. We do both the Feingold diet as well as GFCF. I cannot trust him to not watch what he eats when I am not around (he sneaks forbidden food) but when he does, I can tell a difference, somtimes for days. When he follows his diet, and we are strict about it - there is a hugh improvement.
Breakfast: cereal bought at health food store (says gluten free) with milk substitute or bagels (that I make) I buy mix from Miss Robens, eggs. Lunch: I make his bread, I use the Noah's receipe that has been posted here, fruit, chips (lays classic) or from health food store. and cookies that I make. Dinner: this is easy, I just cook from scratch whatever we want. There are great pasta substitutes available. hope this has helped.
