diet necessary for the whole family

My mom has negative skin tests to corn and pork, both have put her into anaphlaytic shock. I had negative results to some tests 1 1/2 years ago, I had been avoiding the things I know bother me since I couldn't take any anti-histamine. On the way back to work I bought 2 candy bars, I ate them and starting itching on my back where the test was "negative". So much for believing the allergist that delayed allergic reactions don't exist. Joanne

I cannot believe it but dh had some milk today that was half Dari-Free and half 2% cow's milk. I never said a word and he drank it with no comment. The two with ADHD and behavior problems are getting totally out of control. I told the 9 yo that I wanted them all to go on the same diet Evan was on and he started wailing that he would never get pizza again. So I guess I have to go back through all the archives and dig out the pizza ideas with out the cheese. Tomorrow the social worker will be here to go over paper work on me getting custody of all three boys. It looks like I will be their official guardian in 6 weeks at the latest. It seems strange because I have had two of them for 4 1/2 years already. I will be glad when I get the whole house completely gf-cf. Someone is always leaving something around that Evan should not have. Andrew is home right now but David is in Head Start eating two meals at school. I wonder if they will be as easy to convert as Evan's teacher was? Well, if the change in his is as dramatic as it was for Evan, I am sure they will be for it also. Betty . Good Luck Betty You seem like a very strong person and can do this for your family. As far as the pizza is concerned it wasn't all that hard for me to do the pizza thing as I thought it would be. All I did was use Miss Roben's Pizza Crust and when it was brown I just added some Ragu Pizza Sauce, Hormel Pepperoni and on only half the pizza I did put Soymage Mozzarella (which of course didn't melt but Matthew still liked it) on it. Joshua doesn't care for the Soymage cheese but did eat the entire half without it. I tell you what that pizza was gone in no time and they can't wait until I make another one.
