Delicious, moist spice cake
It's called Spice Wedding Cake from Carol Fenster's Special Diet Celebrations! I never ice it, it's great without -for sheet cakes, muffins, etc. Not the simplest recipe, but always worth the trouble. I've used the regular and egg free recipes and both were wonderful.
