DAN peanut butter Cookies

I came up with the idea for the cookie after making Bette Hagman's peanut butter cookies (which have only peanut butter, eggs and sugar I believe.) I made dozens of the chocolate ones to take to DAN in 99, and gave them out to everyone who visited the ANDI table. They were a huge hit, and they are really good cookies. The year before I made "oatmeal" cookies to give out at DAN, using Poha, and published the recipe for that later too. The last two years the DAN conferences have been in San Diego and Atlanta, and I have not been able to take cookies with me. LL
