Crystal's message about yeast
I know my Norton hit on it, but I didn't realize it was the kak.worm. That's what we had a while ago and it did damage to our hard drive. Thanks for the advice about not hitting respond....I already did that so I hope I didn't spread it more. It was after it was "cleaned up" by Norton. I'll remember that for next time. Lori, we have Innoculate now and Active X and it picks up those things immediately. Active X will let me see the message but hold off the virus somehow (can you tell I am not the computer consultant in the family?) Outlook Express will also let you check the message source and if it is a worm like kak, and it will be near the end of the message in the section assigned for the signature lines. Kak is a pesky little thing that just won't go away. I didn't get an Active X warning on your email notifying Crystal that she had a virus, so I think Norton got it right away. Hang on a sec while I check your message source and we will know for sure. Nope, no worm, but I see you like to use the Lucinda font (grin). Norton itself doesn't 'clean' out everything in every single file this insidious virus leaves behind. I had it over the summer and found directions as to what specific registry files would still be hiding the kak virus. After running through all files per instructions, finally cleaned out....even AFTER Norton had done it's thingy.
