Cross posting- idea for school lunches
My son was watching Emeril Live a few weeks ago and Emeril was doing a show on school lunches. He showed the kids an idea for Peanut Butter and Banana on Chocolate chip bread. We modified it here since I could not get my bread to come out with the humid weather. My son has brought into school Peanut Butter and Banana on Chocolate chip pancakes. Thought I would share that since most of you have a favorite pancake recipe. This is my two sons (9yr old -PDD, and 7yr old - Asperger) favorite shows lately. They love the cooking channel. They point out the non-gfcf ingredients. It is so funny. We all agreed we would not bother to convert the recipes from the Iron Chef tonight. ICK!
