Cookie Press and Bean Flour

Hi trenchmates! Can you successfully put the Ethel's Sugar Cookie recipe through a cookie press (setting aside the skill level aspect of this question)? Also, where do you get Pink Bean Flour? Thanks in advance, Carol in Florida

    You grind pink beans. If you want to try the crepe recipe, garbanzo or garfava flour should work. Joanne
