Which easily available (read 'in MY grocery') chocolate chips are I don't know about those, but I use Sam's Choice semi-sweet chocolate chips from Wal Mart. They are about $1.25 or so for 12 oz. here.

We use Sam's Choice or Meijer semi-sweet choc chips. I have also read that Ghiardelli (or however it's spelled) are OK. Janette in Indy, USA

Our Ghiradelli semi-sweet chocolate chip package says that "may contain trace amounts of nuts, flour, gluten and milk protein." Naomi
