butter flavor crisco
Hi Allison- I made the bean flour pie crust a few months ago, using regular crisco. I thought it came out really well (and I still eat some wheat, so I remember what the real thing tastes like :)!) My son really loved it, too. He can't wait till I make pumpkin pie for him on Thursday! I don't know about the CF status of the butter Crisco, but I don't think you need it.
